• 100% genuine leather - Made from the fibrous part of the hide after the top-grain of the rawhide has been separated. This leather provides the robustness and durability of genuine leather, making it ideal for long-term use and giving an authentic look to any product.
• Faux Leather - Also known as synthetic leather, this material is made to look like real leather but is crafted from synthetic materials such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or polyurethane (PU). In the production process, a leather patch can be made in a few different ways:

1. Emboss: This technique involves pressing a design into the leather, creating a raised image or text. The raised area stands out from the surface, giving a three-dimensional effect that adds texture and depth to the patch.
2. Deboss: The opposite of embossing. Instead of raising the design, debossing presses it into the leather, creating an indented effect. This technique is subtle and elegant, providing a sophisticated look without the use of ink or foil.
3. Laser: Laser engraving uses a laser to precisely etch a design onto the leather’s surface. This method allows for intricate and detailed patterns, offering high precision and durability. The laser can create both light and dark markings, depending on the leather type and laser settings.
4. Print: This screen printing technique involves applying ink directly onto the leather through a mesh screen, transferring the design onto the patch. This method is ideal for vibrant colors and complex designs, allowing for high customization and detailed graphics. It is a popular choice for patches requiring multiple colors or logos.

Each technique provides unique advantages and can be chosen based on the desired appearance, texture, and durability of the leather patch. Step 3: Production and Shipping

Are Leather Patches Suitable for Ironing onto Fabric?
Dutch Label Shop doesn’t offer ironing as an option for leather patches as heat can damage the leather. Sew-on is the standard for all Leather Patches.

Can I get Custom Leather Patches for Jackets?
It is entirely feasible! Dutch Label Shop offers a wide range of personalized leather patches. Create your unique patch for jackets, pants, bags, or uniforms.

Can you Emboss Designs into Leather Patches?
