TPU is a versatile and durable material. Items are produced using a vacuum (mold) press. The press operates by creating a vacuum between a mold and a heated plastic sheet. The vacuum pulls the plastic sheet into the mold, where it is then heated and shaped into the desired object. The result is a custom patch with a textured surface, adding a distinctive and stylish element to your clothing.

Creating custom TPU patches at Dutch Label Shop is a simple process. Just follow these three easy steps:

Step 1: Design Your Patch
Use your preferred design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop, to create your patch design. Ensure your file is at least 300 dpi resolution. We prefer vector files (.svg), but we also accept .png, .psd, and .jpg formats. If you're unsure if your file is suitable, upload it, and we’ll review it for you.

Step 2: Upload Your Design
Submit your design via our quote form, along with details like size, quantity, colours, or any specific requirements. Our team will review your submission and respond within two working days with your design confirmation and pricing.

Step 3: Production and Shipping
Once confirmed, your patches will go into production. While we strive to complete orders as quickly as possible, it may take up to two weeks to finish and ship your order. We'll notify you once your order is ready and on its way!

Do You Offer Patches Specifically for Clothing?
Yes, we do. In addition to TPU Patches, you can also order other types of patches from Dutch Label Shop. Each can be custom designed and fully tailored to your needs. There are also Woven Patches, Embroidered Patches, Printed Patches and more. All of these are suitable for application on clothing.

How Long To Produce Custom TPU Patches?
The production time depends on the order size, design complexity, and dimensions. Generally, it takes a few days. You can expect your Dutch Label Shop order to be completed and on its way to you 12 to 14 days from when you place your order.
