Baby labels are perfect for newborns, infants, and toddlers. Baby labels are attached to clothing items, blankets, bags, and various other items for young children. Baby cloth tags are a great way to make sure that your baby's items don't get mixed in with other items, or if they're left behind at daycare or with a relative, that they'll make their way back to you and your baby.

Beautiful Baby Labels Made Easy
What Are Baby Labels?
A Durable Baby Label Solution
Whether you want to keep things organized in the laundry, you're sending your baby somewhere that requires baby labels, or you just want to avoid losing things or having them misplaced, a custom woven label is an ideal choice when considering baby labels. While some might use stickers or markers when applying clothing labels, woven labels are a much more durable option that will last much longer; stickers can fall off or fade with washes and markers can ruin items or have ink that runs and obscures your baby's name, but custom woven labels look great, are durable, stay in place, and can survive multiple washing cycles and other conditions.
Easily Add Baby Cloth Tags To Baby Items
Baby cloth tags are easy to add to almost any fabric item thanks to our high-quality sewing labels. Our baby labels can be made to either sew into your baby's items, or applied using iron-on labels that can be added to your fabric items with just an iron and a piece of parchment paper. Our baby labels come in quantities big and small, too. Whether you're looking for just 20 small labels to get you started, or want to order a larger quantity to transition from baby labels to baby cloth tags as your child grows, our baby name labels can be ordered in the quantity that's right for you.
How Do I Add Baby Labels?
Our baby labels can be attached to items in a couple of different ways. You might be wondering how to sew your name label onto your pieces. If you've opted for a sewing label, you can add your baby label with the use of a sewing machine or do it by hand with a needle and thread. We do recommend making sure to leave a sewing allowance when ordering your labels if you do intend on sewing them. If you'd like to avoid sewing, we also offer iron-on labels that are quick and easy to add to your baby's items. Just grab your iron and a piece of parchment paper and iron the label where you'd like it placed.
What Kind Of Baby Label Should I Get?
The type of application method you choose for your woven labels when ordering baby labels depends on what item is getting a baby label. We recommend for items that get washed more often, such as clothing, bibs, etc. that you use a sewing label. Sewing labels are more sturdy under multiple wash cycles and can be the best option when adding a baby label to something that will go through your washer and dryer frequently. For items that are less frequently washed, like diaper bags, hats, gloves, etc. an iron-on label can do the trick. Iron-on labels work best with items that see the washer and dryer less, but are a great and easy addition to those items if you're looking to avoid sewing.
How Do I Remove Baby Labels?
Sometimes you add a baby label and need to remove it; it happens to all of us. Whether you are removing baby labels from items your baby has outgrown, or you just want to change the placement of the label, a baby label can be removed with just a few steps. The great thing about a sewing label is that it can be removed and re-attached to another item (another reason why items like clothing are best served by sewing labels!). You can easily remove your sewn-in baby label by removing the label from the seams. A seam ripper tool is always the easiest and the best option, but scissors and other sharp household items can do the trick when needed, too. Just be careful when using non-seam ripper options to avoid damaging the clothing (or yourself!).
Where Should I Put A Baby Label?
There are a ton of different places you can put your woven baby labels. Here are just a few of the ones we see most frequently:
- clothing
- socks
- hats
- coats
- scarves
- diaper bags
- bibs
- lunch bags
- and more!
